The Forge Motorsport silicone charge air hose is a performance-oriented replacement component engineered specifically for the BMW 335d. It addresses common failure points found in the factory hose, such as boost and oil leaks, which can often remain undetected until a total system failure occurs. Constructed from high-grade 4-ply fluorosilicone, this hose is designed to withstand the harsh thermal and pressure environments of the engine bay while resisting the chemical breakdown caused by engine oil exposure. The assembly features CNC-machined alloy couplers, ensuring a secure, leak-free connection that maintains structural integrity under boost. Note that this kit does not include the male quick-connect fittings, requiring the reuse of existing hardware from your vehicle for installation. This product is compatible with BMW 335d models across the E90, E91, E92, and E93 chassis platforms.
