The Samco Japan 2 Pcs Cooling Hoses Set is engineered as a high-performance upgrade for your vehicle's cooling system. This kit includes two radiator hoses constructed with a unique 3 to 5 ply lamination. This design utilizes original silicone material layered with aramid fiber, providing exceptional strength that surpasses OEM units. The outer surface coating is specifically formulated to resist extreme temperature fluctuations, ensuring longevity in demanding conditions. Samco's meticulous, hand-made construction results in an exceptionally smooth inner surface, which is crucial for eliminating fluid stress and ensuring optimal flow. The hoses are rated for a normal maximum pressure resistance of 5 kg/cm² (for an inner diameter of 25 mm), preventing hose expansion and potential bursts. They are also treated for resistance to oil, fuel, and heat, making them suitable for a wide range of applications including boost, cooling, and fueling systems. Please note that Samco hoses are made to order, with a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. Custom color options are available; specify your color choice during checkout.
