Silicone Hose Kit

By directing airflow to the rotors, this kit helps cool your brakes, leading to improved performance, greater consistency, and extended rotor and pad life. This comprehensive package is designed for 1990-2005 Mazda Miatas (NA/NB generation). The kit includes premium components: motorsport-grade 2-ply silicone high-temperature hose, which can withstand continuous temperatures of 500° F and intermittent temperatures of 600° F. The hose features an inner silicone layer over a steel spring wire, ensuring smoother airflow, resistance to crushing, and maintenance of a uniform shape. A full 13 feet of hose is provided to accommodate various routing configurations. Included are precision-cut aluminum outlets, TIG-welded and powdercoated, that mount behind the front brake rotors to direct air towards the center. The inlets, made from carbon fiber reinforced nylon using additive manufacturing, mount in the front bumper or radiator ducting and feature a flange for easy installation. When choosing between the 2.5" and 3" diameter kits, consider your needs. The 2.5" option is suitable for street builds and generally compatible with factory undertrays and 14" wheels and up, with clearance for common 15x9" wheels. The 3" option is designed for maximum airflow for track use and may require non-factory undertrays or spacers to clear wider wheels (9" or larger). We recommend the largest size that fits your setup for optimal brake cooling and longevity.
