Silicone Intake Hose

The JBR DISI Turbo Inlet Hose is engineered to directly replace the stock, restrictive OEM hose on your 2007-2009 Mazdaspeed 3 without requiring any vehicle modifications. Featuring a large cross-sectional design with a smooth transition to the turbocharger, this hose ensures a turbulent-free and efficient flow of oxygen-rich air. This optimized airflow contributes to increased performance and improved throttle response. The hose construction utilizes 6 layers of high-performance silicone, reinforced with 5 layers of polyester material – exceeding the typical 3-layer reinforcement found in many other aftermarket hoses. Additionally, an internal wire skeleton is integrated throughout the silicone core to prevent the hose from collapsing under vacuum. The high-temperature silicone used in the JBR inlet hose is significantly more effective at insulating intake air from extreme engine temperatures than aluminum, resulting in denser air that can produce more power. The connections for the intake and recirculation hoses are made from thick-walled 6061 aluminum, featuring bead rolls to guarantee a secure, leak-free seal. This meticulous design, combined with the extra layers of silicone, beaded joiners, and a brass vacuum port connection, ensures long-term durability and adds a custom aesthetic to your engine bay. This kit includes one DISI turbo inlet hose, two stainless steel T-bolt clamps for the intake and turbo connections, and one stainless steel clamp for the recirculation hose.
