The PRL Motorsports Silicone Intake Hose Kit is a direct replacement for the factory corrugated inlet hose on the 2022+ Acura MDX Type-S 3.0T. Constructed from durable 4-ply silicone, this black hose is designed to provide a smoother and less restrictive airflow path compared to the stock, pleated hose. By minimizing disruptions in air flow, this upgrade can help unlock greater power potential and enhance throttle response. This kit includes everything needed for installation: one 4-ply silicone intake hose, four 304 stainless steel worm clamps, and an evap purge assembly. A significant advantage is that no ECU calibration is required, making it a straightforward installation for qualified mechanics. Additionally, this part is not legal for sale or use in California on any emission-controlled motor vehicle.
