This HPS high-temperature 3-ply reinforced silicone radiator hose kit (part number 57-1254) is engineered as a direct replacement or upgrade for the stock OEM rubber radiator coolant hoses on the 2007-2009 Suzuki RMZ250. Constructed from premium-grade, heat-resistant silicone, these hoses are designed with correct bends and curves to ensure a perfect fitment, preventing common issues like coolant leaks and engine overheating that can arise from cracked or collapsed OEM hoses. The material meets or exceeds OE specifications and can withstand a maximum temperature of 350F. Included in the kit are HPS Performance Reinforced Silicone Hoses and 100% stainless steel, non-perforated embossed hose clamps, which facilitate easy installation without damaging the silicone. It is important to note that silicone hoses have a higher water permeation rate than standard EPDM rubber. Therefore, regularly checking the coolant level is highly recommended when using these silicone coolant hoses in a daily driving vehicle. The hoses are available in Black, Blue, and Red, and the kit comes with a 2-year warranty.
