Description

The HPS high temperature 3-ply reinforced silicone radiator hose kit (part number 57-1018) is engineered to replace the stock OEM rubber lower and upper radiator coolant hoses in the 1993-1997 Honda Del Sol SOHC D15 D16. This kit is constructed from high-heat resistance material, meeting or exceeding OE specifications with a maximum temperature rating of 350F. The premium grade, 3-ply reinforced silicone hoses are manufactured with precise bends and curves to ensure a perfect fitment. The kit also includes 100% stainless steel non-perforated embossed hose clamps, designed for easy installation without damaging the silicone hoses. This product is intended to prevent and fix coolant leaks and engine overheating issues that can arise from cracked, damaged, or collapsed OEM radiator hoses. It is important to note that the water permeation rate of silicone hoses is significantly higher than standard EPDM rubber hoses. Therefore, regularly checking the coolant level is highly recommended when using these silicone coolant hoses in a daily driving vehicle. The kit comes with a 2-year warranty and includes HPS Performance Reinforced Silicone Hoses and HPS Performance 100% stainless steel non-perforated embossed hose clamps.
