The HPS Performance Silicone Radiator Coolant Hose Kit offers a durable and high-performance replacement for your 1998-2007 Lexus LX470 4.7L V8's stock OEM rubber lower and upper radiator hoses. Constructed from high-temperature reinforced silicone with a 3-ply reinforcement, this kit is engineered to withstand extreme conditions, meeting or exceeding OE specifications with a maximum temperature rating of 350F. The premium-grade hoses are designed with precise bends and curves to ensure an exact fitment, preventing issues like coolant leaks and engine overheating that can arise from cracked, damaged, or collapsed OEM hoses. Installation is made straightforward with the included 100% stainless steel non-perforated embossed hose clamps, which prevent damage to the silicone hoses. This kit serves as an ideal replacement or upgrade for your existing cooling system components. A important remark regarding silicone hoses is that their water permeation rate is higher than standard EPDM rubber. Therefore, checking the coolant level regularly is highly recommended when using silicone coolant hoses in a daily driving vehicle.
