This Spelab High Temp 3-ply Reinforced Silicone Radiator Hose Kit in black is engineered as a direct replacement for the stock OEM rubber hoses in your 1984-2005 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0L. Over time, OEM rubber hoses can weaken and fail, but this kit utilizes premium silicone to endure harsh high-temperature and high-pressure engine conditions, maintaining peak efficiency during both demanding competition and daily driving. The design incorporates all the necessary bends and curves for a precise, perfect-fit replacement, offering a significant advantage over generic universal hoses. Each hose is constructed with a 3-ply reinforcement and can withstand temperatures up to 350°F (177°C). To ensure a straightforward installation, the kit includes 100% stainless steel clamps that are designed not to cut into the silicone. The included HPS clamps are industrial-grade and embossed for a secure fit without damaging the hoses.
