The Modern Performance silicone coupler is a direct replacement for the OEM charge piping throttle body coupler on 2013-2016 Dodge Darts with a 1.4L turbo engine. This 4-ply silicone coupler is designed to prevent the tearing and boost leaks common with the factory rubber boot. It features unique inlet and outlet sizes and a twist that makes it difficult to find a replacement elsewhere.

The Modern Performance silicone coupler is a direct replacement for the OEM charge piping throttle body coupler, specifically designed for 2013-2016 Dodge Darts equipped with the 1.4L turbo engine. This part addresses the common issue of the factory rubber boot tearing and leaking boost pressure, which can lead to loss of power and idle instability. Engineered with 4-ply silicone, this coupler is built to be more durable than the original equipment. Its unique design includes different sizes for the inlet and outlet, as well as a specific twist, making it a specialized part not easily found on generic marketplaces. This direct-fit replacement comes complete with two new clamps, as the factory clamps are intended for permanent installation and are difficult to remove. Installation requires cutting off the original clamps and fitting the new silicone coupler. This silicone coupler is also compatible with Injen intercooler piping kits designed for the Dart 1.4 turbo. The product listing images are for demonstration purposes, showing the throttle body side and coupler on a cold side with OEM piping attached. The product itself is the custom-made silicone coupler and two clamps.
