Silicone Turbo Hose with Aluminum Joiners

The JBR DISI Turbo Inlet Hose is engineered to replace the stock OEM hose on Mazdaspeed 3, 6, and CX-7 models without requiring any vehicle modifications. Its design focuses on improving airflow to the turbocharger through a large cross-sectional area and a smooth transition. This upgrade aims to increase performance and enhance throttle response by reducing turbulence and ensuring a more efficient flow of air. The hose is constructed with five layers of high-performance silicone, reinforced by four additional layers and a core wire skeleton to prevent it from collapsing under vacuum. This construction also provides superior thermal insulation compared to aluminum, keeping intake air cooler and denser for potentially greater power output. Connections are made secure and leak-free with thick-walled 6061 aluminum joiners that have been beaded and brushed. The kit includes two stainless steel T-bolt clamps for the intake and turbo connections, and one stainless steel clamp with a protective inner liner for the recirculation hose.
