The JBA 6400SJS headers are a long tube, stainless steel exhaust upgrade designed specifically for the Nissan Titan. These headers feature a durable silver ceramic coating to help manage under-hood temperatures and are constructed with 3/8 inch thick laser-cut single piece flanges for a secure fit. The primary tubing measures a large 1-5/8 inches in diameter, which, combined with the mandrel-bent construction, is engineered to maximize exhaust flow. This design aims to significantly increase horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range, offering improved throttle response and potentially better fuel economy compared to stock manifolds. The patented JBA Firecone merge collector is also integral to reducing back pressure and optimizing the scavenging of spent exhaust gases.
