Its design utilizes a smaller diameter silver core and a conventional open spark hook type earth electrode, which provides superior performance in igniting high-octane fuel mixtures. Silver is highlighted as the optimal material for a spark plug's core electrode due to its exceptional heat dissipation capabilities, leading to lower spark plug temperatures and a more powerful spark. This stronger spark results in a faster and better flame front and flame speed, contributing to a smoother, higher RPM range in engines.
