Silverado Sierra Twin Turbo Kit

The kit utilizes twin 62mm Precision turbochargers with 62mm turbines and a .85 A/R T3 flange, paired with full 3" exhaust tubing and 1 3/4" forward-facing turbo headers. It also includes twin 2.5" cold-side piping that transitions into a single 3" engine inlet, a large air-to-air intercooler, 50mm blow-off valves, and 44mm wastegates. The system is finished with stainless steel heat shields, black anodized AN fittings and lines, and all necessary V-bands and clamps. A vacuum manifold, hoses, air filters, MAF sensor and harness, and billet oil/water adapter plates are also included to ensure a thorough installation. Optional Y-pipe to factory exhaust or true dual X-pipe kits are available. This kit has demonstrated significant power gains on various engine configurations. A stock 6.0L LQ4 with a 224 camshaft produced 495rwhp at 5 psi of boost. A stock 4.8L with a similar cam achieved 710rwhp at 18 psi, while a built 6.0L with heads and cam reached 750rwhp at 15 psi and 800rwhp at 18 psi on a Mustang dyno. The kit's sizing allows for quick spool on stock displacement engines while offering substantial potential for increased power levels. Important notes regarding installation and operation are provided: the kit does not include a fuel system or tuning, and it requires the use of electric fans; manual fan trucks must be converted. It is crucial to understand that this product is designated for RACE ONLY competition purposes. Installation means the vehicle cannot be legally used or registered for public roads, and doing so violates the Clean Air Act, potentially leading to civil or criminal liability. Furthermore, the kit does not provide any drive-train warranty of any sort.
