Single 4-Piston Caliper with Independent Foot and Handbrake

This innovative setup utilizes a single 4-piston caliper, with two pistons dedicated to the primary foot brake and the other two independently managing the handbrake system. This complete bolt-on kit includes everything necessary for installation, such as calipers, floating brake discs, brake pads, a handbrake mechanism, and all required hardware. The system features 4-pot rear calipers designed for independent foot and hand brake operation. The brackets are CNC machined from carbon steel to ensure a direct fit to OEM locations. The handbrake utilizes a polished titanium cylinder and lever for enhanced feel and control. Ksport offers custom caliper color options, including standard painted finishes and premium high-polish or glassy/hard anodized options, with over 20,000 custom color choices available. Included are SC5 Street Pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. The operating temperature range for these pads is between 194°F and 1022°F. The kit also comes standard with D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent hose expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler temperatures and daily drivers, while slotted rotors are preferred for track use.
