The Accufab 03-04 Cobra Single Blade Throttle Body is a high-quality intake component designed to replace the restrictive stock twin blade unit. It is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and features stainless steel shafts, brass blades, and high-quality bushings and bearings.

The Accufab 03-04 Cobra Single Blade Throttle Body is engineered to provide your 2003-2004 4.6L Mustang Cobra with the airflow it needs. This unit replaces the factory's restrictive twin blade throttle body with a superior single blade design. Accufab's commitment to quality is evident in its construction: the shafts are CNC machined from durable stainless steel, complemented by brass blades, and equipped with top-tier bushings, bearings, and screws. The throttle body itself is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, available in either a polished or anodized black finish. This throttle body flows significantly more air than the stock unit (1696 cfm vs. 1089 cfm), contributing to improved engine performance. Using it with the stock inlet is not recommended due to clearance issues and airflow restrictions inherent in the stock design. Accufab has also incorporated a specific air passage slot within the wall and to the backside of the part, which aligns with a corresponding slot on the inlet for seamless idle air control functionality.
