The Accufab 03-04 Cobra Single Blade Throttle Body & Inlet is a performance upgrade designed for the 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra. The accompanying inlet is cast from 356 aluminum and CNC-machined, available in polished or OEM gray powder coat.

The Accufab 03-04 Cobra Single Blade Throttle Body & Inlet is engineered to replace the restrictive stock twin-blade throttle body and inlet on your 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra, allowing your engine to receive the air it needs for improved performance. This upgrade features a throttle body CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a polished exterior finish. The performance inlet, cast from 356 aluminum and CNC-machined, is designed to provide a straighter airflow path directly into the intake, further enhancing performance. The inlet is available in a polished finish or an OEM gray powder coat. Accufab's throttle body alone flows 1696 cfm, significantly higher than the stock 1089 cfm. Dyno testing has demonstrated rear-wheel horsepower gains of 10 HP at 2000 RPM, increasing to a substantial 25 HP improvement at 6400 RPM, with dramatic torque improvements across the entire power range. Notes: This throttle body and inlet combination is specifically designed for the 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra. If your vehicle is equipped with a KenneBell or Whipple supercharger that has a mono-blade opening, you should order the throttle body only. Using this single-blade throttle body with the stock inlet is not recommended due to clearance issues and airflow restrictions inherent in the stock design. The throttle body incorporates a machined air passage slot that aligns with a corresponding slot on the inlet for idle air control purposes.
