Hull, bottom, and lid constructed of 14 gauge cold rolled steel. Lid has a a 14 gauge cold rolled steel inner stiffener. Full arc welds throughout, no spot welds. Recessed stainless paddle latches, synchronized for opening/locking from either side. Two keys included. Two spring-type lid props assist opening/closing. Lid attached with two 4" stainless steel butt hinges, welded to box and lid. Includes a sliding tray (29-1/4” x 19-1/4” x 2-1/4”) with white super durable polyester powder coat finish and 4 adjustable dividers. Tray stops keep the tray centered when not in use. Ribbed D-Bulb seal in the lid seals against the box opening flange. Five-stage state-of-the-art metal pretreatment anti-corrosion protection system, finished with a super durable matte black polyester powder coat. Mounting hardware: extruded aluminum clamps eliminate drilling through the pickup bed rail; plastic isolator prevents scratching and galvanic corrosion.
