SINGLE LID STEEL CHEST BOX WHT F/SPORTSIDE/MIDSIZE

The RKI M45-1NM is a robust truck tool box constructed from 14-gauge cold-rolled steel for both its hull and bottom, with the bottom fully welded on all four sides. The lid is also made of 14-gauge cold-rolled steel and features an inner stiffener for added durability. All welds are full arc welds, ensuring strength and longevity. The box is equipped with full-size, stainless steel paddle latches that are recessed into the hull and synchronized, allowing the box to be opened or locked from either side of the vehicle. Two keys are provided. For ease of use, two spring-type lid props assist in opening and closing the lid. The lid is securely attached to the box with two 4-inch stainless steel butt hinges, which are welded to both the box and the lid. Inside, a fixed tray measuring 45 inches x 6 inches is welded into the back wall of the box and includes three fixed dividers for organization. A ribbed D-bulb seal is installed in the lid, providing a tight seal against the flange around the box opening to protect contents from the elements. The box undergoes a five-stage, state-of-the-art metal pretreatment anti-corrosion protection system and is finished with a super-durable white polyester powder coat. Attaching hardware is included for installation.
