The Nitrous Express 20920-05 is an all GM EFI single nozzle nitrous kit designed for performance enhancement. It features billet aluminum and carbon fiber construction for durability and weight savings. The system includes Lightning series solenoids for optimized nitrous flow and a patented Shark nozzle for precise delivery. The kit offers jetting options for 35, 50, 75, 100, and 150 HP, with the capability to upgrade to 250 HP. A 5 lb nitrous bottle with a Lightning 500 bottle valve is included.

The Nitrous Express 20920-05 All GM EFI Single Nozzle Nitrous Kit is engineered to provide a significant performance boost for vehicles with electronic fuel injection. Constructed from a combination of durable billet aluminum and lightweight carbon fiber, this system is built for longevity and efficiency. The patented Shark nozzle delivers nitrous precisely where needed, working in conjunction with the included jetting for 35, 50, 75, 100, and 150 horsepower gains, with an upgrade path to 250 HP. This comprehensive kit includes a 5 lb nitrous bottle equipped with the Lightning 500 bottle valve, which boasts integrated gauge ports, a large 0.500" orifice, and a streamlined flow path. Also provided are a TPS activated Wide Open Throttle (WOT) module for fly-by-wire throttle bodies, stainless braided lines, a direct plug-in fuel rail adapter, nickel-plated fittings, a WOT switch, master arming switch, and a 40 Amp relay with harness. The kit also comes with stainless steel bottle brackets. Installation instructions are available via a provided link. It is important to note that nitrous systems can require careful tuning. The manufacturer recommends a starting point of 1 to 2 degrees of timing retard for every 50 horsepower boost, though individual engine combinations may require adjustment. Proper installation and adherence to recommended settings are crucial for both performance and engine longevity.
