Single Remote Oil Filter System

The Trans Dapt TRA1113 is a single remote oil filter system engineered to relocate your oil filter to a more accessible location, simplifying maintenance and reducing mess. This kit includes a cast aluminum bypass adapter, a remote base, two 30-inch hoses with a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 1200 psi burst pressure, and four brass hose barb fittings. It is designed to fit engine blocks that accept oil filters with a 3/4 inch-16 thread and a 2-5/8 inch diameter sealing o-ring, with compatibility for FRAM PH8A or equivalent filters. This relocation system features a 2-1/2 inch inner diameter and 2-3/4 inch outer diameter bypass flange, with a 3/4 inch-16 thread for the vehicle's oil filter nipple. The cast aluminum construction ensures durability, while the vertical port style and 1/2 inch NPT port size provide standard connection options. The kit comes complete with all necessary mounting hardware and instructions. This kit is explicitly not for diesel, marine, or race use.
