Single-Roller Adjustable Timing Set

The Rollmaster CS1180 is a high-strength, billet single-roller timing set engineered for LS1, LS6, 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L Gen III engines utilizing a 3-bolt camshaft and a 24X crank reluctor. This timing set significantly enhances the durability and precision of your engine's timing compared to factory components. Constructed with a billet crankshaft sprocket featuring nine keyways for up to 8 degrees of timing adjustment (advance or retard), this set includes an IWIS seamless roller chain known for its superior load capacity and wear characteristics. Both the crankshaft and camshaft sprockets are nitrided to 75 Rockwell C for exceptional wear resistance. It also features a captured Torrington thrust bearing, which typically requires no machining for installation. This timing set is suitable for a wide range of GM Gen III LS engines. Specifically, it fits 1997-2003 LS1/LS6, 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L applications. It is also designed for 2005-2006 4.8L, 2004-2007 5.3L, 2004-2005 LS1 CTS-V, 2005 LS2 Corvette, 2005-2006 LS2 GTO, and 2005-2007 G8 models.
