Single Turbo System

The On3 Performance Single Turbo System is a bolt-on upgrade designed to significantly increase the power output of compatible Chevy/GMC SUVs. This system utilizes the hot-side components from On3 Performance's truck kits, paired with a newly designed SUV cold-side and intercooler to accommodate the different grille areas on SUVs. The installation is described as clean and straightforward, with no change in drivability once set up, and potentially improved throttle response due to the responsiveness of the turbocharger. The system features a custom divided turbo manifold that completely separates exhaust flow from each bank up to the turbo flange, ensuring a cool-looking and functional header. It includes the On 3 Performance 44mm v-banded wastegate with a 6-7psi spring (vented to atmosphere) and a 3" to 3.5" stepped downpipe constructed from 304 stainless steel with 16-gauge wall tubing. The cold-side tubing is made of 3" all-aluminum to help dissipate heat, reduce weight, and features bead rolling to secure couplers under boost. Stainless T-bolt clamps and 5-ply couplers are included for a secure fit. This turbo system is compatible with 1999-2013 Chevy/GMC SUVs with 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L (2000 only), and 6.0L (2008-2013) V8 engines. Notably, it explicitly excludes the 6.2L engine and requires supporting modifications, including a fuel system upgrade (dual pump assembly and return fuel line are recommended) and a professional tune after installation. Stock fuel pumps and injectors are insufficient for the power gains expected from this turbo system.
