The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 7875 Journal Bearing Turbo is a high-output upgrade engineered for the 2005-2009 Mustang GT. This complete bolt-on kit aims to deliver substantial horsepower gains and strong top-end performance, providing the necessary airflow and efficiency for aggressive performance goals. The system includes a 7875 turbocharger with a durable journal bearing center section for consistent boost and excellent high-RPM power. The layout is optimized for enhanced exhaust flow and reduced restriction, ensuring efficient turbo operation and smooth power delivery. The kit comes with stainless steel hot-side and cold-side piping, a front mount intercooler, a 50mm blow-off valve, a 44mm wastegate, oil feed and drain lines, reinforced silicon couplers, and all necessary hardware and clamps. Installation is estimated to take approximately six hours and requires light to moderate mechanical skill. The system is designed around factory suspension components, maintaining good ride quality even on lowered vehicles. On a factory stock 4.6L 3V engine, expect up to 475rwhp with around 8psi, though the stock bottom end has limits. Note: 2010 model years may require potential modification for proper fitment.
