Single Turbo System

The On3 Performance Single Turbo System is engineered as a comprehensive upgrade for the 2005-2009 Mustang GT with the 4.6L 3V engine. This popular and relatively easy-to-install system is designed to integrate with the factory suspension, maintaining good ride quality even on lowered vehicles (1.25-1.50 inches). The kit includes stainless steel hot-side and cold-side piping, a 3-inch intercooler, a 70mm turbocharger, a 50mm blow-off valve, and a 44mm wastegate. Included in the package is an oil feed and drain kit, reinforced silicon couplers, and all essential hardware, clamps, and stainless V-bands for a smooth installation. On3 Performance also provides laser-cut brackets for intercooler mounting, sway-bar relocation, a turbo support brace, and power steering reservoir relocation. The base kit with the included 70mm turbocharger is rated for up to 700hp and has been proven reliable, with On3 Performance reporting over 20,000 miles on their own shop car with no issues, maintaining daily drivability and comfort, including A/C function. On a factory stock 4.6L 3V engine, this kit can produce up to 475rwhp at approximately 8psi, which is generally considered the limit for stock internals. The included turbocharger itself is capable of higher power levels, and with supporting modifications and other turbo upgrades, customers have reached up to 900rwhp. Note that 2010 model years may require modifications for proper fitment.
