The On3 Performance 9906-1500 is a single turbo system engineered for 2002-2006 Chevy and GMC 1500 and 2500 Silverado and Sierra trucks equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines. This kit is designed as a bolt-on installation, featuring a complete 304ss hot-side with a crossover, tubular manifold, and downpipes that are constructed from thick, nearly 3mm wall tubing to withstand abuse. The turbocharger is centrally located on the passenger side, with both banks of the custom-divided manifold separated up to the turbo flange for improved functionality and appearance. The cold-side is crafted from 3-inch aluminum tubing to help dissipate heat and reduce weight, with all tubing bead-rolled to ensure secure coupler fitment under boost. The system includes an On 3 Performance 70mm journal bearing turbo (with options to upgrade to larger turbos), a 44mm V-banded wastegate with a 6-7psi spring, and a 50mm blow-off valve. A 3-inch core air-to-air intercooler, suitable for up to 800hp, is standard, with an option to upgrade to a 4-inch core. Custom intercooler brackets, hardware, oil feed/drain lines, 5-ply couplers, and t-bolt clamps are also included.
