They feature a 5.700-inch center-to-center length and come equipped with ARP 3/8-inch 8740 chromoly steel bolts for secure cap retention.

The Eagle Specialty Products SIR5700SBLW connecting rods provide a robust upgrade for Chevrolet small block engines, offering superior strength and reliability over stock rods. Each rod measures 5.700 inches from center to center and features a floating wrist pin style with a 0.927-inch pin end bore diameter. The big end bore diameter is 2.1250 inches, with a width of 0.940 inches, designed for a 2.000-inch rod journal. These rods are sold as a set of 8 and are weight-matched to within two grams for balanced rotating assembly performance. These connecting rods are not clearanced for stroker applications. They are supplied with ARP 3/8-inch 8740 chromoly steel rod bolts, rated to 160,000 psi tensile strength, and utilize a 12-point cap screw design. The manufacturing process includes X-ray, sonic testing, magnafluxing, and shot-peening to ensure stress relief and metal integrity. The big end sizing is precisely controlled using in-house CNC equipment. While primarily advertised for Chevrolet Small Block applications, specific fitment details may vary. Some sources indicate compatibility with 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and 2004-2007 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 models.
