Description

It can also be used to repair or replace an already broken skeg. The protector is constructed from 316 marine-grade stainless steel and features a thickened lower wear tab for added protection against ramp dragging and river running.

This skeg guard is designed for select Mercury and Mariner models, fitting engines ranging from 75 to 300 horsepower. It requires a minimum of 2-3 inches of skeg remaining for proper installation, making it suitable for repairing damaged skegs. The unit includes a drain hole to prevent corrosion and freezing.
