The Stoner A490 SKID is a penetrating lubricant designed as a multi-purpose shop tool. It lubricates, cleans, and protects most metal surfaces by penetrating close tolerance parts to dissolve rust, corrosion, dirt, and scale. This lubricant carries oil to free stuck or frozen parts, and its solvents help clean grease, tar, and sludge buildup, leaving a thin coating to prevent future seizing.
