Description

The Skyjacker J40FS is a front leaf spring designed for Jeep CJ5, CJ7, and Scrambler models from 1976 to 1986. It provides a lift height of 3.5 to 4 inches. The Softride springs are constructed from American steel and feature shot-peened individual leafs to increase tensile strength and enhance wheel travel and ride quality. They also utilize bolt-style spring clips to eliminate friction and taper over their entire length for more flex at the ends, distributing loads evenly.
