The Yakima MegaWarrior cargo basket provides substantial carrying capacity for your adventures. Constructed from weather-resistant, heavy-duty steel, it's built to withstand the elements and the demands of larger lifestyles. Its wide body is capable of fitting a significant amount of gear, making it ideal for extended trips, camping, or hauling oversized items. The universal mounting hardware is compatible with most crossbars, including Yakima's StreamLine system, as well as factory and aerodynamic crossbars. The minimum crossbar spread is 30 inches, and the maximum is 38 inches. A custom wind fairing is included to help reduce wind noise during travel. This cargo basket is specifically recommended for larger vehicles like trucks, SUVs, and off-roaders. While the MegaWarrior offers ample space, an optional MegaWarrior Extension can add an additional 22 inches, expanding cargo capacity by 40%.
