The Ksport Slide Kontrol Drift Coilover System is engineered for the 1988-1996 BMW 5 Series E34 chassis, including models like the 525i, 530i, 535i, and 540i. It features 36 levels of simultaneous compression and rebound damping adjustment, allowing for precise tuning of the suspension to match driving conditions and preferences. Constructed with performance in mind, these coilovers utilize inverted shock design for enhanced durability and performance. They come equipped with pillowball upper mounts that include camber adjustment capabilities, enabling further alignment optimization for improved cornering grip. The spring rates are set at 14 kg/mm for the front and 12 kg/mm for the rear, providing a balance between aggressive handling and acceptable ride comfort. The adjustable lower mounts allow for independent ride height adjustment, enabling a lowered stance without compromising suspension travel. This system is specifically designed for vehicles with a 51mm OEM front strut and may require a weld-in style front strut application.
