The CargoGlide DCG2200XL is a heavy-duty truck bed cargo slide with a 2,200 lb. payload capacity, offering up to 100% extension depending on bed length. It features a robust construction with a powder-coated, U.S. steel frame, 3/4” marine-type plywood deck, and a weatherproof and UV-resistant thermoplastic topsheet. The design includes extruded aluminum sidewalls, a cast aluminum handle, high-impact resistant polymer corner guards, and 22 roller bearings for smooth operation. It has a low-profile 5.6" tray height and new tray with molded corners to eliminate snag points. It also features drop-in T-slot side rails, 12" lock increments, and a 400 lb. tie-down rating. The product comes fully assembled and is designed for easy, one-handed operation. It is not compatible with GMC CarbonPro beds or truck beds with features like a 5th wheel, gooseneck hitch, or bed-mounted spare tire. It can be installed directly into the truck bed (requiring four to eight holes to be drilled) or on top of a DECKED Drawer System (which requires a Universal Bracket Kit and no drilling into the truck bed, but is only compatible with 75% extension CargoGlides with 1,500 lb payload or less).
