Overview

The Lippert Components Inc. 701665 is a slide topper hardware kit designed for Solera RV slide-out awnings. This kit is black and features a hex style for its components. It is compatible with Solera awnings manufactured prior to 2019. The hardware allows the awning to extend and retract with the slide-out, and includes a friction joint for easy angle adjustment. A manual override is also included for operation.

This kit serves as a replacement for brackets and rods on pre-2019 Solera RV slide-out awnings. The friction joint facilitates one-handed angle adjustments, useful for draining rainwater. The design ensures the awning functions in sync with the RV's slide-out operation. It is suitable for both right and left sides of the slide-out.
