The Convert-A-Ball Pintle Cushioned Pintle Hook Combo offers strength, versatility, and quality in a cushioned combination pintle hitch/ball mount designed to fit 2" trailer hitches. It includes three nickel-plated balls (1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16") with towing capacities ranging from 3,500 to 8,000 lbs GTW, and a pintle sleeve adapter with a 16,000 lbs GTW. The unit converts quickly from pintle to a standard ball mount without tools. It features a double-engagement, rust-resistant locking system for securing the lunette ring. The cushioned design, with a polyurethane interior, acts as a shock absorber to reduce bounce and rhythmic vibration, protecting the tow vehicle's driveline, hitch assembly, and trailer's contents. Manufactured in the USA, it uses nickel-plated steel balls, shank, and pintle sleeve on a black powder-coated steel base.
