Slimline 304mm x 22mm Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Slimline Big Brake Kit is a front brake upgrade engineered for the Volkswagen MK3 Golf, specifically for models with a 4x100 bolt pattern. This kit features 304mm x 22mm rotors and a 3-piston monoblock aluminum caliper design. The Slimline Caliper is developed with a focus on OEM single-side floating piston caliper thickness for easier installation. Constructed with a lightweight, forged one-piece aluminum caliper, this system is built for strength and durability, eliminating weak spots that can lead to failure. The calipers are equipped with aluminum pistons, heavy-duty seals for high temperatures, and an opposed-piston design for consistent brake pad grip and wear. Each caliper also includes high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The two-piece rotor design offers lightweight construction and fade-free performance, suitable for both track and normal driving conditions. The two-piece design also helps reduce rotor warping due to heat. This kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal braking under street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track use. Standard inclusions are calipers, floating brake discs, brake pads, and all required hardware. The kit also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal response and feel. This product is made to order and is non-refundable.
