Slimline 330mm Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Slimline Front Big Brake Kit provides a significant upgrade for your Mercedes Benz C218 CLS 550's braking system. Engineered with a focus on performance and weight reduction, this kit replaces your stock components with a more robust and capable setup. The caliper is a lightweight, forged one-piece aluminum design, offering superior strength and even thickness to prevent fracturing and warpage. It features aluminum pistons protected by heavy-duty seals capable of handling high temperatures, ensuring smooth operation and consistent pad wear. The opposed-piston design and high-temperature seals, along with titanium retainer clips and stainless-steel wear plates, contribute to reliable performance. This kit utilizes a two-piece rotor design with 330mm diameter and 22mm width. The two-piece construction allows the outer rotor to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping due to heat. The center sections are made from 6061-T6 aluminum, acting as heat sinks to dissipate heat effectively and extending rotor life. The kit includes Cross Drilled rotors, recommended for daily driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures and ability to continuously clean the pad surface. Standard inclusions are calipers, floating brake discs, SC5 Street Pads, and all required hardware for a comprehensive installation. Stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, providing a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel by preventing hose expansion under pressure. Optional upgrades are available for RCI Race Pads, various caliper colors, and center bell customization.
