Slimline 330mm Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Slimline Front Big Brake Kit is engineered for the Volkswagen B5 Passat 1.8T, offering enhanced stopping power and performance. This kit features a 330mm x 22mm two-piece rotor with a lightweight forged one-piece caliper constructed from aerospace-quality aluminum. The opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear, while high-temperature seals and titanium retainer clips protect against extreme conditions. The 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections reduce rotational mass and improve brake response. Both cross-drilled and slotted rotor options are available; cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles due to cooler operation, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. Included with the kit are SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions, though these are not recommended for street use. The kit also features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which provide a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. This kit is made to order, and delivery times will be provided after order submission. Customization options for caliper color, rotor style, and center bell upgrades are available. The kit comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
