The Ksport Slimline Front Big Brake Kit is a performance upgrade for the Volkswagen MK4 R32, designed to enhance stopping power while maintaining wheel fitment compatibility. This kit features a substantial 350mm x 22mm two-piece rotor design and a lightweight, forged one-piece aluminum caliper. The caliper utilizes an opposed-piston design for consistent brake pad grip and wear, and is protected by heavy-duty seals and stainless-steel wear plates. The two-piece rotors are crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections, offering reduced rotational mass and improved heat dissipation to prevent warping and extend rotor life. The kit includes everything needed for a comprehensive upgrade: calipers, floating brake discs, SC5 Street Pads (with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads), and all necessary hardware. Carbon steel caliper brackets ensure a direct bolt-on fit to OEM locations. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker response compared to stock rubber lines. Customization options are available for caliper color, including standard finishes like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, as well as premium high-polish and anodized options for a unique look.
