Slimline Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Slimline Big Brake Kit provides a significant upgrade for the braking performance of your Mercedes Benz W212 E-Class. Engineered with a focus on weight reduction and heat dissipation, this kit features 350mm x 22mm drilled rotors and a lightweight, forged one-piece caliper design. The calipers are constructed from aerospace-quality aluminum and utilize an opposed-piston design for consistent pad wear and optimal grip. The two-piece design also helps prevent rotor warping due to heat expansion. For daily driven vehicles, the drilled rotors are recommended as they tend to run cooler than slotted rotors, while offering increased bite and pad surface cleaning. Standard equipment includes Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, offering a good balance of performance, reduced dust, and quiet operation. DOT compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by eliminating line expansion under pressure. It comes complete with calipers, floating brake discs, brake pads, and all required hardware. Ksport offers various customization options, including caliper color choices (standard colors like Orange, Red, Black, Yellow, with premium high-polish and custom finishes available at an additional cost) and the option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads for more extreme track use. The center bell can also be customized with upgrades to Titanium or twin-color anodized finishes. All Ksport Big Brake Kits are made to order and are non-refundable.
