The Ksport BKTY240-322CO Slimline Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide significant braking performance improvements while maintaining compatibility with aggressive wheel fitments. This kit addresses the challenge of fitting larger multi-piston brake calipers within the limited space often found behind aftermarket wheels, especially those with aggressive offsets. This particular kit features a Slimline caliper design, drawing inspiration from OEM single-piston caliper thickness. This allows for installation on vehicles with factory wheels or aftermarket wheels that have very restricted brake caliper clearance. The kit includes forged, monoblock aluminum calipers with a 3-piston configuration and lightweight two-piece, 12-inch drilled rotors. The use of drilled rotors helps dissipate heat, contributing to consistent braking performance under demanding conditions. Designed for direct fitment on the 1990-1999 Toyota MR2, this big brake kit aims to reduce brake fade and enhance overall stopping power.
