Overview

It features forged aluminum 3-pot calipers with a larger pad surface area than OEM and two-piece vented discs to reduce unsprung weight. This kit includes SC5 Street Pads (NAOC Ceramic) with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F.

Stainless steel braided brake lines are included, providing a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel by preventing expansion under pressure. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled are recommended for daily driving and slotted for track use. The Ksport Slimline Big Brake Kit is designed to offer enhanced braking performance for the 1997-2002 Toyota Celica. The core of the system is a 3-piston slimline caliper, developed to be as thin as OEM single-piston calipers, ensuring compatibility with factory or limited-clearance aftermarket wheels. This front big brake kit includes 330mm slotted two-piece rotors, which are significantly lighter than OEM counterparts, contributing to reduced unsprung weight. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track days, with reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. Carbon steel caliper brackets, CNC machined for precision, ensure a direct bolt-on installation to the OEM caliper bracket location. Further enhancing performance and feel, the kit incorporates DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines. These lines resist expansion under pressure, leading to a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel.
