The Ksport BKNS050-332SO Slimline Big Brake Kit provides a significant front braking enhancement, specifically engineered to overcome clearance limitations common with traditional big brake systems. Its innovative Slimline caliper design is profiled to replicate the thickness of OEM single-side floating piston calipers, ensuring it fits within tight clearances of factory and aggressive-fitment wheels where other multi-piston calipers would not. Key features include a 3-piston Slimline caliper with a forged aluminum body, offering a larger brake pad surface area for improved performance over OEM. The kit utilizes two-piece, 330mm (13 inch) slotted floating rotors with aluminum hats, which reduce rotational mass for quicker response and shorter stopping distances. Precision-machined carbon steel caliper brackets ensure a secure, rattle-free fit, and the kit comes complete with calipers, floating brake discs, brake pads, and all necessary installation hardware. The rotors are constructed with a vented, fixed, slotted surface and utilize ceramic friction material. The caliper features an M10 x 1 inlet port diameter and includes anti-rattle springs and caliper slides. It is designated as a Performance grade kit and is not CARB compliant. While it comes with brake pads, pad shims are not included. The caliper casting and piston material are both aluminum, and the caliper color is a distinctive orange.
