It addresses the challenge of fitting larger aftermarket calipers into the limited space between the wheel and the factory caliper. Ksport's innovative Slimline Caliper design is based on the thickness of OEM single-piston calipers, ensuring compatibility with most factory wheels or wheels that have very restricted caliper clearance. This big brake kit includes 3-piston Slimline calipers and 13-inch (330mm) slotted rotors. The slotted rotor design helps to dissipate heat and reduce brake fade, while the 3-piston caliper design provides improved stopping power and a more consistent brake pedal feel compared to stock systems. The lightweight forged one-piece caliper construction contributes to reduced unsprung weight. The kit is designed as a direct fit for the 2009-2013 Volkswagen Golf MK6. As with any significant brake upgrade, professional installation is recommended to ensure proper function and safety.
