The KSport Slimline Front Big Brake Kit is engineered for the Volvo S80, offering a significant upgrade over stock braking systems. This kit features a lightweight forged one-piece caliper constructed from aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring strength and even thickness to prevent fracturing or warpage. The opposed-piston design guarantees consistent brake pad grip and wear on both sides of the rotor, while high-temperature seals and titanium retainer clips contribute to longevity and performance. The two-piece rotor design in the Slimline kit provides lightweight, fade-free performance suitable for both track and daily driving. The two-piece construction allows the outer rotor section to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping due to heat buildup. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance with reduced dust and noise, operating effectively between 194°F – 1022°F. The kit includes calipers, floating brake discs, brake pads, and all necessary hardware. Options for upgraded RCI Race Pads, various caliper colors including premium high-polish finishes, and custom center bell upgrades are available to personalize the system. All Ksport Big Brake Kits are made-to-order and come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
