The Ksport Slimline Front Big Brake Kit is engineered for the BMW E30 M3, offering enhanced stopping power and performance. The caliper pistons are made from aluminum and protected with heavy-duty seals capable of withstanding high temperatures, ensuring smooth and consistent operation without drag or corrosion. An opposed-piston design guarantees even brake pad grip and wear. The kit utilizes a two-piece rotor design with a 304mm diameter and 22mm thickness, crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum for the center sections. This design reduces rotational mass, improves brake response, and minimizes warping due to heat buildup. The rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles due to cooler operating temperatures, while slotted rotors are suggested for more track-focused use. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal performance for street and occasional track use, with a significant reduction in brake dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. Customization options include a wide range of caliper colors, from standard options like Ksport Orange, Race Red, and Jet Black, to premium high-polish finishes and specialty anodized colors. Additional upgrades are available for the center bell, including Titanium hardware or Twin Color Anodized options.
