The Ksport Slimline Front Big Brake Kit provides a significant upgrade for the Mercedes-Benz W220 S-Class, enhancing braking performance and aesthetics. An opposed-piston design further guarantees even brake pad grip and wear. The system incorporates a two-piece rotor design, available with either cross-drilled or slotted surfaces. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler, while slotted rotors are advised for more track-oriented use due to their ability to dissipate heat, dust, and gases more effectively. Both rotor types offer increased bite over stock and help to continuously clean and refresh the brake pad surface. The kit comes complete with calipers, floating brake discs, brake pads (SC5 Street Pads included, with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads), and all necessary hardware. CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets ensure proper fitment to OEM caliper bracket locations. The kit also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which provide a firmer pedal feel and quicker pedal response by eliminating expansion under pressure.
