Description

The Akrapovič Slip-On Line Titanium exhaust system is crafted from an ultra-lightweight high-grade titanium alloy, designed to enhance the Audi R8's power-to-weight ratio and handling. The dual-mode exhaust valves, specialized muffler shapes, and secondary resonators work together to significantly reduce back-pressure, nearly halving stock levels. The exhaust system features two hand-crafted carbon-fiber and titanium tailpipes that seamlessly integrate with the R8's factory diffuser. It is tuned to amplify the V10 engine's sporty note, providing a pleasant growl at lower RPMs and evolving into a distinctive Akrapovič race-like sound at higher revs, all while maintaining cockpit comfort. This system offers a substantial weight reduction of -19.5 kg. Performance gains include +8.5kW at 5950 rpm and +20.0Nm at 6050 rpm.
