Slip Yoke Eliminator Kit

The Tom Wood's Custom Drive Shafts AACOMBO2 is a combined Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) Kit and 1310 Series CV Driveshaft package engineered for specific Jeep NP242 transfer cases. This kit is available for the NP242J transfer case, which features full-time four-wheel drive in addition to part-time Hi and Lo ranges, commonly found in XJ Cherokees and ZJ Grand Cherokees. It will not work on a WJ Grand Cherokee. The NP242 transfer case can be identified by a round metal tag located in the center of the rear of the transfer case. This package offers a high-performance solution by including both a heavy-duty SYE kit and a custom-length CV driveshaft for optimal performance and fit. After installing the SYE kit, precise measurement of the driveshaft length is required. This measurement should be taken from the transfer case yoke to the axle yoke with the vehicle's weight on the suspension. Rusty's Off-Road Products will then build the driveshaft to your exact specifications, typically shipping within one business day after receiving the measurement, with delivery estimated at 5-7 days. Please note that any driveshaft exceeding 36 inches in length will be constructed from larger tubing and will incur an additional upcharge of $85.00.
