The Sharp Motorsport 718 Upgrade Charge Cooler is a direct replacement for the stock unit on Porsche 718 models equipped with the 2.0L and 2.5L flat-4 turbocharged engines. By improving cooling efficiency, this upgrade helps maintain and enhance performance. Key features include a 22% increase in core volume for reduced pressure drop, billet end tanks machined with 5-axis CNC precision, and TIG welding for durability. The tube and fin core has an optimal fin density of 20 fins per inch to maximize recovery rates. The core is also coated with a graphene high-polymer coating for enhanced thermal dissipation.
